Until hardware appears (in a gallium driver) that can make use of the
TCS-outputted gl_BoundingBox, we just request that the variable gets
assigned as a regular patch variable.

These are the only platforms that current expose OES_geometry_shader.
Once OpenGL ES 3.1 and OES_geometry_shader are enabled on Gen7, this
extension can be enabled there as well.
Gen6 will never get OpenGL ES 3.1, so it will never get this
extension... even though it has the desktop OpenGL extension. Alas.
NOTE: This causes a failure on Gen8+ platforms in
ES3-CTS.gtf.GL3Tests.texture_storage.texture_storage_texture_targets.
The test only fails because it doesn't know that 0x9009 is a valid
value when the extension exists.

The additional provision of GL_OES_copy_image is that it work for ETC.
However many desktop GPUs don't have native ETC support, so st/mesa does
the decoding by hand. Instead of discarding the compressed data, keep it
around in CPU memory. Use it when performing image copies.

This enables GL_shader_draw_parameters and GL_ARB_indirect_parameters as well
as a properly accelerated implementation of GL_ARB_multi_draw_indirect.
Enabling the feature requires a sufficiently uptodate firmware -- those have
already been released a long time ago, although this does mean that the
feature only works with the amdgpu kernel module, since the radeon module
doesn't have a way to query the firmware version.

GL_KHR_robustness adds the GL_CONTEXT_LOST error and five new entry
points that we already implement. This patch adds a new dispatch table
that returns GL_CONTEXT_LOST from all entry points and implements the
GL_LOSE_CONTEXT_ON_RESET strategy by setting that table when we learn
that we've lost the context.
With the GL_CONTEXT_LOST reporting in place and dispatch for the new
entry points we can turn on GL_KHR_robustness.

Images aren't supported on maxwell, but neither is tessellation. Don't
overly confuse matters by trying to expose those subtleties in the
GL3.txt file/relnotes.

Cull distances are just a special case of clip distances as far as the
hardware is concerned. Make sure that the relevant "planes" are enabled,
and flip the clip mode to cull for those.

A smarter implementation would make it possible to attach this to emit

Also throw in LATC while we're at it (same exact format). This could be
made more efficient by keeping a shadow compressed texture to use for
returning at map time. However... it's not worth it for now...
presumably compressed textures are not updated often.
Lastly fix up Z32S8 transfers to non-0 layers.

The previously RE'd formats were from an ES driver implementing
OES_vertex_type_10_10_10_2 and thus backwards. A future change could add
the 2_10_10_10 support.

This extension requires ES 3.1 since it relies on glMemoryBarrier.
For testing purposes I temporarily moved glMemoryBarrier to be an ES 3.0
function.
This has been tested with the piglit in the ML and the Dolphin emulator.

All tests pass. We don't need to do much - just set CUBE if the view
target is CUBE or CUBE_ARRAY, otherwise set the resource target.
The reason this can be so simple is that texture instructions
have a greater effect on the target than the sampler view.

By using 'Tobias Klausmann' piglit test-suite patch. We obtain
a full 12/12 passes using this patch. By 'faking' to claim
support for this extension we obtain 7 fails and 5 passes.

This adds the translation from TGSI to AMDGPU llvm backend, for the
64-bit opcodes. The backend pretty much handles everything for us
fine. There is one patch required for SI DFRAC support, that I know
off.
