Also do not allocate aux surfaces for multi-plane images. I may
have messed up and used plane 1 offsets for the other planes as well.
I cannot imagine that sharing aux surfaces between the planes will
work well.

The reason behind this is that FMASK requires CMASK and also that
FMASK for non color attachments looks unnecessary. It's currently
much easier to add this simple check because the driver tries to
always enable DCC first and if we enable FMASK only if CMASK, we
might loose some FMASK compressions.
This helps fixing some new robustness2 tests which fails because
only FMASK is enabled.

This gives +8% with Wolfeinstein Youngblood on my Vega64, and
according to someone else, it also improves performance with Doom
2016 and Wolfenstein 2 (and probably other ID Tech games).
This improvement is because Youngblood uses GENERAL for the main
depth-only pass and TC-compat HTILE is now enabled with GENERAL if
we know that we are outside of a render loop. This obviously also
reduces the number of HTILE decompressions from/to GENERAL.
Note that Youngblood violates the Vulkan spec regarding render loops
because they are only allowed with input attachments. Expect possible
rendering issues if apps use render loops with the wrong way (ie.
without input attachmens) because HTILE might not be coherent if
a depth-stencil texture is sampled and rendered in the same draw.

If no texture fetches happen it's useless to enable TC-compat HTILE.
Because the driver currently doesn't support TC-compat HTILE for
storage images we don't have to check.

The goal of this function was to return whether a depth-stencil image
has HTILE, in comparison to radv_layout_is_htile_compressed() which
is used to know whether a depth-stencil image has HTILE compressed.
These two functions are actually similar and they have never been
used for what they were supposed to. Remove radv_layout_has_htile()
in favour of radv_layout_is_htile_compressed() for now. If it's
needed in the future, I will re-introduce this concept properly.

The tiled-case is non-sensical for non-base mips, but Vulkan requires
that this function handles it but at the same time does not require
returning anything useful. So we can basically return anything.
Correct tiled pitch and offset are still required for our own WSI and
in the future getting the layouts of images with DRM format modifiers.
Both don't have to deal with images with more than 1 level though.

The minigbm comment really says it all. We should
fix minigbm as well, but for now this is the more
robust solution.
Note that this only changes width and height for
the surface creation, not for the image and hence
also not for the sampler, where it would wreak
havoc due to the normalized coords.

We want this flexibility because in GFX10 we lose any stride fields,
so we have to make sure our width/height are in alignment with
the external image we import.
Furthermore, we need the ability to inject tiling modifiers on import
time which is strictly after create time for Android. So, with the
layout & patch functions being fully independent of pCreateInfo, we
can delay it until import/bind time.

Without correct size, radeonsi assumes the metadata is incorrect,
which can and will cause issues.

Only case we might need to handle differently in the near future
is Raven's case of displayable DCC which is not renderable. But
we don't support that yet.
It's currently only enabled if dcc_slice_size is equal to
dcc_slice_fast_clear_size because the driver assumes that
portions of multiple layers are contiguous but it's not
always true.
Still not supported on GFX9.

This allows us to disable the FMASK decompress pass when
transitioning from CB writes to shader reads.
This will likely be improved and enabled by default in the future.
No CTS regressions on GFX8 but a few number of multisample CTS
failures on GFX9 (they look related to the small hint).

Was watching a presentation on YT where this was used and it turns
out it is not invalid.
The only case it is actually valid as format in the creation of an
image or image view is with Android Hardware Buffers which have
their format specified externally.
So we can just ignore all entries with VK_FORMAT_UNDEFINED.

The definition of the fields differs, but PITCH_GFX9 is a mere extension
of PITCH_GFX6 that does not conflict with any other fields.
This aligns the definitions with what will be generated from the
register JSON.
The information about how large the fields really are is preserved in
the register database.
The field layout wasn't actually changed in gfx9, so having the suffix
isn't very useful. The field *contents* were changed, but this is
reflected in the V_xxx_xxx definitions and is taken into account by
the ac_debug logic based on the register JSON.
This aligns the definitions with what will be generated from the
register JSON.
Basically, this extension allows applications to use custom
sample locations. It doesn't support variable sample locations
during subpass. Note that we don't have to upload the user
sample locations because the spec doesn't allow this.
The extension is currently disabled because the driver needs to
support variable sample locations during layout transitions. The
depth decompress needs to know them and that's a bit invasive.

We already use GFX9 and I don't want us to have confusing naming
in the driver. GFXn naming is better from the driver perspective,
because it's the real version of the gfx portion of the hw. Also,
CIK means Bonaire-Kaveri-Kabini, it doesn't mean CI.
It shouldn't confuse our SDMA, UVD, VCE etc. code much. Those have
nothing to do with GFXn and they have their own version numbers.
The pitch is actually the number of components per row. We found
the problem when we implemented some meta operations for these
formats and the wrong pitch has been confirmed with a small test case.

For VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_COLOR_ATTACHMENT_OPTIMAL and
VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_DEPTH_STENCIL_ATTACHMENT_OPTIMAL we do not care about
the queue mask because
1) using these is only allowed on the gfx queue
2) transitions for these are only allowed on the gfx queue.
This enables some fast clears for Doom that uses
VK_SHARING_MODE_CONCURRENT.

Exactly what title says, the new addrlib does not allow the above with
certain dimensions that the CTS seems to hit. Work around it by not
allowing the app to render to it via compat with other 128bpp formats
and do not render to it ourselves during copies.

After investigating on this, it appears that COND_WRITE doesn't
work correctly in some situations. I don't know exactly why does
it fail to update DB_Z_INFO.ZRANGE_PRECISION, but as AMDVLK
also uses COND_EXEC I think there is a reason.
Now the driver stores a new metadata value in order to reflect
the last fast depth clear state. If a TC-compat HTILE is fast cleared
with 0.0f, we have to update ZRANGE_PRECISION to 0 in order to
work around that hardware bug.
This fixes rendering issues with The Forest and DXVK and doesn't
seem to introduce any regressions.
