Brian Paul 5d57e70ffa configs: remove -ansi from linux-debug 
-ansi implies -std=c89 but that conflicts with the -std=c99 flag
which is also provided.

Allows the r300g driver to compile.

Brian Paul d84f09306c Replace -lGL with -l$(GL_LIB), etc.
