This was not quite correct in that our checks for the allowed cases
were not checking that there were no other peripheral access other
than the ones allowed.
For example, we allowed wrtmuc signal and TMU write other than
TMUC, and we also allowed TMU read and VPM read/write. But we
cannot allow wrtmuc with TMU write other than TMUC and at the
same time a VPM write for example, so we can't just check if we
have a combination of allowed peripherals, we still need to check
that those are the only ones in use by the combined instructions.
Another example is that even if we allow a TMU write (other than TMUC)
with a wrtmuc signal, the resulting instruction must still have just
one TMU write other than TMUC, but we were allowing the merge if one
instruction signaled wrtmuc and the other wrote to tmu other than tmuc
without testing if the combined result would have 2 tmu writes.

Right now opcode_desc struct, used to define data for all the
operations to pack/unpack, include a version field. In theory that
could be used to check if we are retrieving a opcode valid for our hw
version, or to get the correct opcode if a given one changed across hw
versions, or just the same if it didn't change.
In practice that field was not used. So for example, if by mistake we
asked for an opcode defined at version 41, while being on version 33
hardware, we would still get that opcode description.
This commit fixes that, and as we are here we expand the functionality
to allow to define version ranges, just in case a given opcode number
and their description is only valid for a given range.

Right now there is a helper to get the opcode description from a
packed instruction, used on unpack related instructions. This commit
adds a helper that refactors the equivalent that is already in use on
pack related instructions.
Right now the helper is small, but we plan to extend it on following
commits in order to use the opcode description version field.
To avoid any possible confusion we rename the existing lookup helper.

clang generates a warning if there's no explicit break or fall-through
annotation. The latter would be kind of silly in this case, and not
robust against any future changes turning the fall-through invalid.

We have helpers to check if an instruction writes to specific
accumulators. This one will check if it writes any of the general
purpose accumulators, which will come in handy in a follow-up
patch.

V3D 3.x has V3D_QPU_WADDR_TMU which in V3D 4.x is V3D_QPU_WADDR_UNIFA
(which isn't a TMU write address). This change passes a devinfo to
any functions that need to do these checks so we can account for the
target V3D version correctly.

For several schedule restrictions, we are checking if the instruction
is using the vpm. So far it was implemented as being a read or a write
of the vpm. But VPM wait (vpmwt) is not a read or a write (it is a
wait until all pending writes finishes). This is relevant to implement
peripheral accesses restrictions, as for some cases where vpm
read|writes are allowed, vpmwt is not.

This uses a meson builtin to handle -fvisibility=hidden. This is nice
because we don't need to track which languages are used, if C++ is
suddenly added meson just does the right thing.

SFU operations have a latency of 2 cicles, so if their results
are used in the following cycle to a SFU instruction, the GPU
stalls for an extra cycle until the result is available.
This adds the number of stalls to the shader-db debug mode and
sum of instruction + stalls to evaluate optimizations to schedule
instructions that avoid generating sfu-stalls.

We already have code to print these signals but the early return in the code
that checks if any signals are present present was missing the checks for them,
so it would skip printing them unless they were paired with other signals.

Fixes some stalls in 3DMMES's main vertex shader.
total instructions in shared programs: 6280751 -> 6211270 (-1.11%)
instructions in affected programs: 2935050 -> 2865569 (-2.37%)
I had a single function for "does this do float input unpacking" with two
major flaws: It was missing the most common thing to try to copy propagate
a f32 input nunpack to (the VFPACK to an FP16 render target) along with
several other ALU ops, and also would try to propagate an f32 unpack into
a VFMUL which only does f16 unpacks.
instructions in affected programs: 659232 -> 655895 (-0.51%)
uniforms in affected programs: 132613 -> 135336 (2.05%)
and a couple of programs increase their thread counts.
The uniforms hit appears to be a pattern in generated code of doing (-a >=
a) comparisons, which when a is abs(b) can result in the abs instruction
being copy propagated once but not fully DCEed.
Meson test has a concepts of suites, which allow tests to be grouped
together. This allows for a subtest of tests to be run only (say only
the tests for nir). A test can be added to more than one suite, but for
the most part I've only added a test to a single suite, though I've
added a compiler group that includes nir, glsl, and glcpp tests.
To use this you'll need to invoke meson test directly, instead of ninja
test (which always runs all targets). it can be invoked as:
`meson test -C builddir --suite $suitename` (meson test has addition
options that are pretty useful).

This instruction is used to ensure that TMU stores have been processed
before moving on. In particular, you need any TMU ops to be done by the
time the shader ends.
These instructions let us write directly to the phys regfile, instead of
just R4. That lets us avoid moving out of R4 to avoid conflicting with
other SFU results, and to avoid conflicting with thread switches.
There is still an extra instruction of latency, which is not represented
in the scheduler at the moment. If you use the result before it's ready,
the QPU will just stall, unlike the magic R4 mode where you'd read the
previous value. That means that the following shader-db results aren't
quite representative (since we now cause some stalls instead of emitting
nops), but they're impressive enough that I'm happy with the change.
