Marius Hillenbrand c5d6e57e42 llvmpipe: Use lp_build_round_arch on IBM Z (s390x) 
LLVM has all the required intrinsics available on IBM Z, so use them for
rounding operations (they will be implemented as a single instruction).
This change makes the test case lp_test_arit pass, because it avoids
using the buggy generic code.

v2: update .gitlab-ci/cross-xfail-s390x to reflect passing lp_test_arit

Eric Anholt 02e85777cb u_format: Add missing BE swizzles for R8SG8SB8UX8U_NORM 
Compare to the swizzles for PIPE_FORMAT_R10G10B10A2_UNORM and
R5SG5SB6U_NORM.  This should fix our last BE pack/unpack failure.

Michel Dänzer 65610ec774 gitlab-ci: Add ppc64el and s390x cross-build jobs 
Using LLVM 8 for ppc64el and 7 for s390x (which hits some coroutine
related issues with LLVM 8).

There are some test failures we need to ignore for now. Also, the
timeout needs to be bumped from the default 30s for some tests, because
they can take longer under emulation.
