ci/freedreno: Fix up the a5xx border color flake annotation.
Looks like I put it in the wrong file back when I first caught it. It's a
one-or-twice-a-week back flake that seems to happen. The upcoming
deqp-runner uprev would have caught this mistake.
Fixes: 957132294f
