egl: Remove eglextchromium.h and import eglext_angle.h
The upstream eglextchromium.h in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/refs/heads/master/ui/gl/EGL/eglextchromium.h are broken, so remove it and using eglext_angle.h instead.
