testing with monerod until can figure a void wownerod package

goal is to have prebuilt liveusb and arm images for installing / running a node on an old PC or raspberry pi

hopefully this can meet the requirement for easy wow tor/i2p node, i think it is moarsafe to run like unix style than bundling tor/i2p with wownero (but is a good solution for windows users and desktop wowlet clients)

RPC only for now, P2P later
