Volker Grabsch e412eb642d Move package versions from index.html back into the src/*.mk files 
Most of the automatic conversion was done using the following Python script:

Ulrich Klauer c1a7c79c4a Fix gtksourceview update script 
Fix gtksourceview update script. It could consider .tar.gz suffixes
part of the version number.
