Now depends on p11-kit. This required some fixing up of gsoap
where the dependencies were hard-coded.

Don't insist on gnutls in native build.
Do insist on gnutls in MinGW build.
Switch to winsock2, since gnu tls requires it.
Add missing -lgpg-error.
