The patch "do not use mman-win32" needed updating compat.h as well.
Instead I added sed command that undefines HAVE_SYS_MMAN_H in orconfig.h
and removed the patch.
The following script was applied:

Then git grep 'index.html for further information' revealed two other files.
One of them was patched manually (patch.mk). Makefile has text
"See index.html for further information" unrelated to licensing.
