Disable TLS for RPC
...
TLS connections to `wownerod` sometimes don't get closed properly and
end up eating up lots of resources for the daemon. Disable them until
it's fixed.

Add `Restart=always` to systemd unit
...
Without this, systemd won't restart the daemon if it is killed by OOM
killer.
