swrast: add s_renderbuffer.[ch], copied from main/renderbuffer.[ch]
Copying these files is the first step in moving the software buffer code from main/renderbuffer.c to swrast/s_renderbuffer.c Reviewed-by: Eric Anholt <eric@anholt.net>
