gallium/ttn: add TXQ support (v2)
Split out from ttn_tex() since it is kind of a weird instruction that maps to two NIR opcodes, and it was cleaner this way. v2: query_levels doesn't take any args Signed-off-by: Rob Clark <robclark@freedesktop.org> Reviewed-by: Eric Anholt <eric@anholt.net>
