gallium/hud: add PIPE_DRIVER_QUERY_TYPE_MICROSECONDS for HUD

This allows drivers to report queries in units of microseconds and
have the HUD display "us" (microseconds), "ms" (milliseconds) or "s"
(seconds) on the graph.
