i965: Disable pixel statistics in BLORP.

BLORP is used for operations like glClear, glCopyTexImage, and
glBlitFramebuffer which aren't supposed to contribute fragments toward
occlusion queries.

This prevents Piglit tests from breaking in the next commit.
