svga: check for NaN shader immediates
The svga device doesn't handle them. Replace with zeros. Fixes several piglit tests, such as "glsl-const-builtin-inversesqrt". Reviewed-by: Reviewed-by: José Fonseca <jfonseca@vmware.com>
