radv: double the SQTT buffer size when it is resized
Computing the expected buffer size isn't reliable on GFX10+ because DROPPED_CNTR returns weird results. Signed-off-by: Samuel Pitoiset <samuel.pitoiset@gmail.com> Reviewed-by: Bas Nieuwenhuizen <bas@basnieuwenhuizen.nl> Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/9367>
